What serivce do we offer?

We offer a paid subscription to organic household cleaning products which are produced in Israel using unique technologies. We deliver them directly to your home.

How does the restock work?

Your restock orders are completely under your control. Head on to your cart to set exactly what you want and how frequently you want it. We will always remind you before your order is sent so that you can make changes if necessary.

Can I skip a package?

Yes. In order to do so, please go to your account page, then to the Subscriptions page and to the Subscriptions tab. Select the subscription in which you would like to suspend delivery and click the Suspend button. When you would like to continue the subscription click Reactivate.

Is IsraClean a subscription service?

By default, IsraClean is a fully customizable subscription restock service, delivering your favourite products according to your chosen schedule. We offer a schedule to help you stock up on household cleaning products. You can make changes any time to better suit your family's needs. There is no need to place orders every month, and you can edit what is included in your orders, as well as the frequency of which they are sent to you.

Can I place single orders as needed?

We understand that a subscription service is not for everyone. Currently, such an option is not available but we plan on adding it in the future.

What are your values?

We are proud of our values! Every product we sell has been rigorously tested to be safe, effective and eco-friendly. We use these products ourselves. Product selection criteria: efficiency of cleaning, reprocessed or recycled materials which contain organic, natural and plant-based ingredients.

Account

How can I access my account?

To access your account, click the Login button in the header of the site. Enter your email address and password on the page that opens.

How can I reset my password?

If you need to reset your password for any reason, go to the authorization page by clicking the Login button in the header of the site. Under the Password field you will find a link “Lost your password?”. Click the link to get to the password reset page. You will be required to enter your email address and click the Reset Password button. After completing the steps above, check your inbox. If you do not see a new message, check for new messages in your Spam folder. In the received email you will see a link that leads to a page where you can set a new password. Follow this link and enter choose a new password. You can then log in to your account using your new password.

How can I view my order history?

The Orders tab in your account shows the entire history of your orders.

How can I see upcoming orders?

Go to the Subscriptions tab in your account and take a look at the list of your subscriptions. There is a list of upcoming payments dates for each of them in the Next Payment column. You can view the list of products to be delivered next in the details of the nearest Next Payment date.

How can I cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel your subscription, go to the Subscriptions tab in your account and click the subscription which you would like to cancel. You will be directed to a page with the subscription details where you will see the Cancel button. Simply click the button to cancel the subscription.

Can I have more than one account?

Yes, you can have an unlimited number of accounts using different email addresses. However, having multiple accounts under the same email address is impossible.

Delivery

How can I change the frequency of product delivery?

At the moment, if you need to change the subscription products, frequency, add or delete anything, you need to go to the Subscriptions tab in your account and view the list of subscriptions. Find the subscription you want to edit, click the "Change" button. Write in the open form what you want to change and send it. We will receive your comment and will change items/quantity/frequency/etc. According to your choice.

Can I track the date of sending?

We normally send your package the next business day after your payment.

Can I see what is on its way to me?

Yes. Please go to the Subscriptions tab in your account and view the list of subscriptions. There is an upcoming payment date for each of them in the “Next Payment” column. You can see the list of products to be delivered next in the details of the nearest Next Payment date.

What countries do we work with?

Currently, we are focused on the US market but in the near future we plan to enter the European market as well.

What to do with the packaging after it's been used?

The best way to dispose of the packaging is in a recycling container. As a rule, you can find special receptacles for plastic almost anywhere.

Can I skip the package?

How much does the delivery cost?

The delivery cost is calculated individually for each parcel. When placing orders, you can see the cost of the delivery. It is calculated based on the weight of the goods.

Should I be at home when the delivery comes?

Usually, the postman leaves the order near the door and if you use a PO box then your package will be waiting for you in the post office.

How long is the delivery?

On average, the delivery takes 2 weeks. It is difficult to give the exact date as it depends on the specific destination.

Pricing

Is there a minimum order?

No, we have no minimum order.

How can I make changes to my payment data?

Go to the Subscriptions tab in your account and see the list of subscriptions. Go to the subscription and click the button "Change Payment" and follow the instructions to change payment data.

When is the money debited?

The money is debited automatically at the time the order is sent.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment using Credit/Debit Card and Paypal.
